Special Notes:

• Registration Fee: The registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, the poster session, and the IOS Gala Dinner. Accommodation, travel, visa and tour expenses are not included and shall be borne by the participant. Participants registering at the IOS Member rate will be required to provide a valid IOS membership number.
• Receipt: A confirmation receipt will be sent to your email after the registration within 3 business days. You can contact the support@isocean.org if you have special need for your receipt.
• Publishing Fees: Journal publication fees, if applicable, are not included in the conference registration fee.
• Refund Policy: Cancellations received on or before 25 Nov 2026 are eligible for a refund, subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received after 25 Nov 2026 are non-refundable. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after the conference. In the event that the conference is cancelled by the organizers, the registration fee will be refunded in full.
