Membership Eligibility Verification 

  • Eligibility | PhD awarded within the past 5 years; early-career professionals in ocean science, engineering, technology, or policy.
  • Upon completion of the membership purchase, applicants will be contacted for a thorough qualification review by the organization.
  • If an applicant is found not to meet the prescribed membership criteria, the membership fee will not be refunded, and the applicant will be ineligible to receive the membership certificate or any associated membership benefits.
  • By submitting a membership application and payment, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
